  • Election of board members and board development committee

Who is invited?

All adult members and Girl Scouts age 14 and up are welcome to attend but due to limited seating capacity (225), first priority is given to Regional Delegates, voting alternates, Board of Directors and Board Development Committee members, nominees for the Board, board Development Committee, and National Delegates.  Visitors and non-voting Alternate Delegates will be accomodated on a first-come, first-served basis if space is available.

What should I wear?

We’re celebrating our 100th! Tell your GS story with what you wear – this is the time to dust off those vintage uniforms, old camp T-shirts, swap hats, patch jackets, Brownie beanies, etc.  OR get creative and create a costume that tells the future of Girl Scouting that you envision!  Dress as the first woman president (who we KNOW will have been a Girl Scout!), or the scientist who makes a great discovery (because we know that women who were Girl Scouts will be the leading scientists of the future).  We are declaring amnesty on all the “rules” about uniforms and insignia – you can mix and match uniform pieces from different eras if you like, or wear every pin you’ve ever received if you want to.  Was your grandma or your mom a Girl Scout?  Wear her stuff.  Have some fun and tell your story!  Remember to be casual and comfortable, and as always at Girl Scout camp, closed toed shoes are required.  At the Annual Meeting, we should have lots of fun seeing and hearing each others’ Girl Scout stories.
