What is Discoveree?
Discoveree 2012 Brochure
What is Discoveree? It is an awesome Girl Scout training event!
Fun! Fun! Fun! At Discoveree you can expect to make new friends, learn new ideas, and possibly even fulfill certain training requirements. Volunteer workshop leaders will be offering unique and interesting classes designed to increase your knowledge, help you practice new skills and give you opportunities to enjoy yourself! Whether you’re interested in learning troop/group program, outdoor skills, songs, games, crafts, or a variety of other workshops, come spend a fun day networking with other Girl Scout volunteers and learn some new things. Here are some of the reasons past participants came:
“I gathered lots of new activity ideas to do with my troop.”
“I learned about things I didn’t know before.”
“Discoveree helped me grow as a leader… to be come better and more skilled.”
“I come to Discoveree every year because I find a lot of personal growth opportunities.”
“At Discoveree I get to share with others, meet new people, and have a fun ‘day-off’”

Click here for the Discoveree Assistant Application. If you have any questions, you may contact Elizabeth Cox at libbycox510@gmail.com
Concession Application (Money-earning for Seniors & Ambassadors)
Troops or groups of Girl Scout Ambassadors (grades 11-12) may enter a lottery to be chosen to sell concessions (snacks and beverages) as a money-earning project. Click here for Concession Application and more information.
